  • How do I return an item?
    If you wish to return a product, just let us know by SMS, email or a call and we’ll take care of the rest -

  • What can I return?

    You can return almost anything you buy from Fashionara.com. However for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for lingerie, innerwear, socks.

  • Will you pick up returns from my home/office?

    Of course! We take care of all the necessary pick up arrangements from your delivery location.

    If we’re unable to provide for a pick up in your city, we request you to ship the returns package to us through a courier of your choice. We will credit Rs.100 to your Fashionara Store account as a refund towards courier charges once we receive your returns shipment.

  • Where do I send returns?

  • How do I pack my returns package?

    Packing your returns box is fairly simple. You only need to ensure that it is secure so that the products reach us in good condition.

    Step 1: Prepare your returns box - Securely pack the products you want to return in a box/envelope. You can either use the Fashionara box/envelope or use a box/envelope of your own. Product such as Shoes, Perfumes, watches come in their own boxes. Please use an additional layer of outer envelope or box to pack, when you return these products. We may not be able to process returns for products that have damaged original boxes/casings.

    Step 2: Put the tags, and original invoice received from Fashionara into the returns box and secure the box with an adhesive tape

    Step 3: Finally paste the Self-gumming RETURNS LABEL on the box. This label has your order number and the returns delivery address. In case you lose or damage the Return Label, send the Shipment to the address mentioned below and write the order number on the address label, so that we can identify your shipment and validate its contents -

  • Do I get charged for returning products?

    Returns are FREE at Fashionara.com. You do not pay for Return Shipments!
    However, if we’re unable to arrange for a pickup in your city, we will credit Rs.100 to your Fashionara Store account towards courier charges once we receive your returns shipment.

  • Till when can I return purchased items?

    You can place a request for exchange or return any time within 30 days from the date you receive your shipment.

    We won’t be able to process returns in case the request for returns is placed after 30 days from the date you receive your shipment.

    We recommend that if you need an alternate size or replacement, do get in touch with us at the earliest as your desired size may get sold out.

  • I have worn the garment once. I’m not happy with the quality.

    At Fashionara.com, we retail products only from reputed brands. In rare cases where you do receive damaged or soiled products, please call us on 1800 300 18000 between 0600 hrs and 2400 hrs or write to us at help@fashionara.com. We’ll assist you with your complaint.

  • I received a product I did not order. What do I do?

    This rarely happens! We’re really sorry! Do let us know your intent to return it at the earliest, and we will gladly replace or refund you for the same.

  • I have worn the garment once. I’m not happy with the quality.

    At Fashionara, we carefully screen and select brands that are made available in the store. In rare cases if you face quality related issues such as color bleeding, shrinkage etc. post usage, we will forward your complaint to our brand partners and assist you with a solution.

  • Have you received my returned goods?

    You can track your returns in 2 easy ways -

    • Fashionara provides a free pick up - When courier executive picks up the products you want to return, he will give you an AWB number (tracking number). Please keep this safe. You can track your shipment online using this AWB number. Once the shipment reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it and send you a confirmation mail.
    • Return Shipment sent by you. - If you are sending the return goods on your own, you can track the status of your shipment online with the AWB number your courier company gives you. Once the shipment reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it and send you a confirmation mail.
  • How quickly will you process my returns?

    Once we receive your shipment at our Bangalore warehouse, the quality team will check the consignment for fulfilment of our return norms. We will process your Replacement, Store Credits or Refunds in a maximum of 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of your returns shipment.

    In case the products do not qualify for returns or in case of any other issues, our returns team will get in touch with you.

  • Are there any return guidelines for different types of products?

    We request you to take care of some basic guidelines mentioned below, while sending your returns shipment.

  • Do you give cash refunds?

    If we are not able to help you find a suitable exchange or replacement, we refund your order value as Store Credit into your Fashionara store account OR as Cash refund if you so desire. Cash refund is offered in the following manner-

    • All credit card & net banking transactions will be repaid using the same route; which means if you have made your transaction using net banking facility, the refund will be credited into your bank account. This will take 6-7 days from the time the returns are received and approved at the warehouse.
    • While all Cash on Delivery transactions will be repaid through Cheque, this will take 10-12 days from the time the returns approved at the warehouse.
  • Will I get complete refund for goods I’m returning?

    Our Quality Analysts will evaluate the garments that we receive. If the products returned by you are in good condition and meet our Returns guidelines, your refunds will be processed in full. Therefore, we recommend that when you are sending the returns consignment on your own, do make sure that it is shipped in a secure packaging. You can refer to How do I pack my returns package for more details.

    If you have shopped using Express Shipment mode, and then returning your products on the basis of quality issues, we will refund the additional amount paid by you for Express Shipment as store credit in 3-4 working days. However if the returns are on grounds of size exchange, we will not be able to refund the additional charges paid by you for Express Shipment.

    We will not be able to process returns for products that do not meet our “Return Quality Requirement”. How do I pack my returns package

    Shipping charges are NOT refundable upon a return of an order/ products in an order.

  • I think I got a wrong refund. What do I do?

    In case of any queries relating to amount of refund credited, please call us at 1800 300 18000 or write to us at returns@fashionara.com.

  • Quick tips on how to try newly received merchandise

    We know how eager you are to check your latest buys. Refer to the following tips to ensure your returns are smooth, in case your new merchandise does not fit you well.

    • Please Don’t throw away Tags & barcodes from products , till the time you are sure you want to keep them. It will help us identify the product if you choose to return it.
    • Please be careful when trying on products and ensure that the products do not get stained or soiled during trial. We will find it extremely difficult to accept these products as returns.
    • If you are trying footwear, try it on a clean floor / carpet. We will not be able to accept footwear, with dirty soles, fold marks, scratches.
    • If you have ordered Handbags / Jewellery – please ensure that embellishment, sequins, are not damaged/ dislodged from the products.
    • Do ensure that there are no scratches on the face of watches & Eyewear.
    • We will not be able to accept perfumes/ cosmetics as returns if the seal is broken .
    • Certain products like perfumes / cosmetics/ footwear/eye wear – come in their own packaging. Please make sure you do not damage / throw the packaging away until you’re sure you want to keep them.
    • Keep the invoice, original packaging, etc handy, you will need to send it to us with your return consignment.
